1. Content ownership
You keep ownership of your content
Any content you publish on Yayika — photos, descriptions, videos, texts — remains yours. Yayika does not claim ownership of your creative work.
By publishing content on Yayika, you grant us a limited license to:
- Display your content within the Yayika platform
- Promote your content on official Yayika channels (with attribution)
- Make technical copies necessary for the service to function
This license ends when you remove your content from the platform or close your account.
2. Original content and no piracy
At Yayika we value creativity and original work. Therefore:
- Only publish content you created or have a license for
- Pirated content is not allowed: do not sell or share copyrighted digital products without authorization
- No plagiarism: do not copy descriptions, images, or products from other creators without permission
- Plagiarism and piracy are grounds for immediate content removal and possible account suspension
3. Honest and accurate descriptions
No misleading descriptions
All product and service descriptions must be truthful and accurate. Do not exaggerate the characteristics, benefits, or results of your products.
Your posts must include:
- Clear and truthful description of what you offer
- Real images of the product or service
- Transparent prices with no hidden costs
- Delivery or service provision conditions
4. Digital products
If you sell digital products (templates, guides, courses, files, etc.), these must:
- Deliver exactly what is promised in the description
- Be of the quality described
- Be free of viruses, malware, or harmful content
- Include clear usage or access instructions
- Be delivered within the announced timeframe
Digital products that do not deliver what was promised will be grounds for complaint and possible listing removal.
5. Copyright and intellectual property
Yayika respects copyright and intellectual property. If you believe your content has been used without authorization:
- Send an email to copyright@yayika.com
- Include: your identification, description of original content, location of infringing content
- We will process your request within 72 hours
- The infringing content will be removed pending investigation
6. Content removal
Yayika reserves the right to remove or restrict content that:
- Infringes copyright or intellectual property
- Contains misleading or false descriptions
- Promotes illegal products or services
- Contains offensive, violent, or inappropriate material
- Violates Yayika's community guidelines
- Does not comply with applicable laws in territories where Yayika operates
7. Creator responsibility
As a creator on Yayika, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your content is original and does not infringe third-party rights
- Complying with applicable consumer protection laws
- Responding to buyers in a professional and timely manner
- Keeping your product descriptions and prices updated
- Complying with fiscal and tax obligations in your country
8. Copyright complaint process
Following DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) guidelines and equivalent regulations:
- Notification: Send an email to copyright@yayika.com with evidence of infringement
- Review: Our team will review the request within 72 hours
- Action: The infringing content will be removed and the user will be notified
- Counter-notice: The affected user may file a counter-notice within 14 days
- Resolution: A final decision will be made based on the evidence presented
