1. YAYIKA Trademark

The trade name YAYIKA is a registered trademark with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) under Class 35. This mark is protected by Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Industrial Property.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using the YAYIKA trademark without written authorization
• Registering domains or social media accounts that may cause confusion with our brand
• Creating products or services that imitate our brand
• Any use that may cause market confusion

2. Yayika Proprietary Content

The following content is the exclusive property of Yayika and is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Ciclo Productiva: Business training program
• Dinero Sin Pena: Financial education program
• La Mujer Que Negocia: Negotiation program for women
• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio/video clips
• Website design and navigation structure
• Source code and databases

3. Usage Restrictions

Yayika users may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from our content
• Download, screenshot, or record course content
• Share access credentials with third parties
• Use Yayika content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer any Yayika software
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks

4. Seller Rights

Sellers on the Yayika platform retain all intellectual property rights to their products. When publishing on Yayika:

• The seller grants Yayika a limited license to display, distribute, and sell the product on the platform
• This license terminates when the seller removes their product or closes their account
• Yayika does not acquire ownership of seller products

5. DMCA Process

Yayika respects third-party copyrights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been copied in infringement of your rights:

Notification procedure:

1. Send an email to admin@yayika.com with subject "DMCA - Infringement Notice"
2. Include: identification of original content, URL of infringement, your contact information, and good faith statement
3. Sign the notification (physically or electronically)

6. Open Source Components

Yayika may use open source components in its platform. These components are subject to their respective licenses (MIT, Apache, GPL, etc.). Users may review applicable licenses in the site's technical documentation.

Use of open source components does not grant rights to Yayika's proprietary content.

7. Infringements

Yayika reserves the right to:

• Suspend or cancel accounts that infringe intellectual property
• Remove content that violates copyright
• Report infringements to competent authorities
• Take legal action against infringers
