Yayika is a platform designed exclusively for women over 18 years old. It is not intended for, nor designed to be used by minors.
2. Minimum Age Requirement
Use of Yayika is strictly limited to persons 18 years of age or older.
If it is discovered that a minor under 18 has created an account or is using the platform without authorization:
- The account will be immediately suspended.
- All associated data will be deleted from our systems within a maximum of 72 hours.
- Parents or legal guardians will be notified if contact information is available.
- An incident report will be filed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
3. Parental or Guardian Consent
If a person between 14 and 17 years old wishes to use the platform with parental or guardian consent, they must:
- Submit a formal request to admin@yayika.com.
- Include authorization signed by the parent, mother, or legal guardian.
- Provide official identification for both the guardian and the minor.
- Receive express approval from the Yayika team before creating any account.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. COPPA Compliance — United States
🇺🇸 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
For users residing in the United States, Yayika fully complies with COPPA:
- We do not collect personal information from children under 13.
- If it is discovered that a user under 13 provided data, it will be immediately deleted.
- Parents may request deletion of their child's data by contacting admin@yayika.com.
- We do not use behavioral advertising targeted at minors.
- We maintain age verification records in accordance with COPPA regulations.
5. Digital Services — European Union

In compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and GDPR:
- We do not offer services directly to minors under 16 (or the age established by the Member State).
